This will be the on-going theme of the Real Paradigm blog site. What is going on in real estate in subdivisions of Sterling VA, including; Cascades, Lowes Island, Countryside, Sugarland Run, Sterling Park, Environs, and the surrounding areas.
I may be a little bias toward the area, after all I have called Sterling VA my home, and actively worked as a top producing real estate agent, now broker/owner of Market Advantage Real Estate, since 1994.
The reality is however, that there is a great deal going for the area, closer in than even Ashburn and South Riding, the neighborhoods that make up Sterling, VA are strategically positioned between, major work centers, both existing – like Reston and Tyson’s Corner and those under construction, like the new World Trade Center, located conveniently to major shopping at Town Center Mall, containing multiple acres of parkland, recreational facilities, and other amenities, and allow easy access to downtown Washington DC to the east and mountains and vineyards to the west. If only there was water access… … Oh wait… …and water access at the boat ramp in Algonkian Park – Where this busy real estate broker has escaped more than one stress filled after noon, to catch a few hours of terrific bass fishing.
